When the original package eventually arrived as well, I emailed them to let them know, and they kindly told me to keep the second bracelet as a complimentary gift. The bracelet is beautiful, and I'm so happy with my purchase. Besides offering beautiful, high-quality products, their kindness and professionalism have definitely made me a returning customer. Great site with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Delivery and packaging was great. One thing missing for me is it would have been nice to have a small card with jewellery care tips as this is something I would keep in my jewellery box along side the jewellery.

A few mishaps with some damaged items, earring didn’t close right, but the custom service is quick in responding and give good solutions. I really like the pieces they offer and had some of them for years and they are still shining!

This is honestly really lovely. Got it to wear for a wedding; I'm not a jewellery person AT ALL and never wear chains, sparkles etc, but this is just right - metal's not too shiny, texture of chain is fine without being too fine. Feels like a friend somehow, an object I'll keep (and actually wear) for a long time.

The 3 sets of earrings I ordered are beautiful and I'm very satisfied with the purchase quality. That said, I took advantage of the "Buy 3, get a surprise gift" deal, but the gift wasn't included in my package. Satisfied with the items, but disappointed by the broken promotion promise.
