It started with one Allpa and has quickly grown to one for everyone in the family. They're amazing for travel, duh, but our kid had a transplant and this requires a TON of hospital stays for his entire life. The Allpas are perfect for having everything I need for an admission right on my back. I keep everything close and don't have to worry about things going missing when life gets stressful. I love shopping with Cotopaxi. Every single item I have purchased through the site has been absolutely phenomenal. I bought an item through a retailer, had a problem and Cotopaxi went above and beyond to make things right to my satisfaction.

Product just as advertised. I appreciate the spaciousness and the durable quality. It was easy to put on my rolling suitcase in the airport. I used it as my carry-on bag and had easy access to my devices through the side pocket.

Completed my order and noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Sent an email to the Cotopaxi team with in 5 minutes. They didn’t respond until the evening of the following day informing me that my order has already reached staging and shipping address could not be changed. Terrible customer service. Product arrived in another state. Disappointed!!

I was sad to see that my jacket wasn't available in plus sizes (not sure if the website has them at all), but luckily Cotopaxi sizes larger. Instead of a 2x, I was able to get the XL and it fit well.

I was originally put off by the Cotopaxi but then I gave the brand a try and WOW I wish I would have done it sooner because I love your products. I am all in on Cotopaxi and now have base layers, mid layers, backpacks, hats, etc. I have been curious about looking into your puffer jackets, so that will be the next thing I look into getting. Adding to why I gave a 5 star, not only have I enjoyed the products but it feels like every time I am in one of your stores, I am given great treatment. Customer service is a big deal to me and I have felt that when I am in your stores. Thank you for offering something that is hard to find at other brands!

I bought 3 crossbody bags in different colors for myself. My 2 daughters liked them so much that I ordered one for each of them. Favorite 35L traveling backpack, favorite leggings, favorite dog collar!! I got the Del Dia Allpa 35L backpack and website was so user-friendly, I also got the Del Dia Packing cubes and love those too! In addition, I ordered the Mari tights/leggings as well and immediately became so obsessed with the first two that I've now ordered a third pair. I've fallen so in love with Cotopaxi that as soon as they released the dog collar and leash, I immediately ordered it *See Adorable Attached Photo of my Pup* Not to mention, the Cotopaxi customer service has completely won me over. I thought the sizing was small on the waistband of the backpack. I emailed customer service to purchase an extension and within 15 minutes was shipped an extender at no cost, like what?!? Never have I had customer service like that and so quick!! I ended up not needing it because I hadn't pulled the straps out correctly originally but still, 10/10 customer service!

We use this as our family pool/beach bag and love it. The inside pockets are generous and the capacity works for the five of us.
