I really enjoyed this product! Felt the tingles pretty much straight away and definitely noticed my internal heat increase faster and hotter than normal. I didn't sweat as much as I'd anticipated, but I struggle to sweat anyways so I think that's due to me and not the product! Would buy again.

Carb-dex doesn't "hit" like caffeine or glucose, more that it kind of sneaks up on in the second half of your workout and says "we got this". After 30 mins of training I noticed more energy and power, than without it. A must for anyone that does longer training sessions, meaning more than 45 mins.
