Cool little Keychain

There's a lot I like about Pump but there's one big deal breaker that I wished I knew about before I purchased. The practical stuff: when mine arrived it was clumpy as. Golf ball sized chunks of the stuff all stuck together. It was not a powder. The metal seal also sliced through my thumb as I tried to open it. Not ideal but I can deal with it. The good. Nice taste. Great lift in mood and focus, clear head, no jitters, no caffeine crash later on, just nice vibes. It does what it says on the tin. The pump is noticeable and lasts for hours but it's not without side effects. The bad: one scoop = tummy cramps and discomfort. I really struggled with any exercise involving bending or crunching. The ugly: tried two scoops and was ruined for the day. Stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Spent most of the day in the toilet. Probably great stuff if you're backed up, but for a pre-workout no good at all. Honestly I had similar issues with Gorilla Mode. If you can come up with a pump product that loses the glycerol, I would love to give it a go, but this formulation isn't for me. Otherwise good service, fast shipping, cool company.

Have been using this for a little while now and really like this product. It's the first thing my partner and I have in the morning before gym. Noticeable increase in general energy. Will be purchasing again!

Really happy with this electrolyte powder overall — it’s become a solid part of my morning routine. It mixes easily, tastes clean (not overly sweet), and actually makes a noticeable difference to hydration and energy first thing in the day, especially if you train or wake up feeling a bit flat. My only downside is I wish it had more potassium, since potassium is key for muscle function, fluid balance, pulling excess water from your face, and preventing cramps — especially alongside sodium — and most people don’t get enough from diet alone. That said, it still does its job well and feels like a quality product. Overall, a great electrolyte powder that I’ll keep using.

Honestly, probably the best non-stim pre-workout I've ever had; it tasted great and gave me a crazy pump. 10/10
