I found RedArc watching a YouTube video on brake controllers. They had the parts I needed, and with their video the installation was a breeze.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was timely. The installation was a bit more involved than I expected further complicated by a missing bracket in the Toyota 4Runner kit I ordered. Had to make my own as I couldn’t wait for one to be sent. The brake controller functions very well.

I purchased a brake controller for a 2005 Ford E350. The item was delivered in tact with solid packaging. I purchased an incorrect adapter and reached out to customer service. I received prompt responses after hours over the weekend. Each time I corresponded via email, I always received a reply within a couple of hours even after normal business hours. The customer service team worked with to return the incorrect harness and shipped the correct one to me. Their approach to customer service should be mirrored by all service providers.

I bought the Tow-Pro Liberty Electric Brake Controller. Redarc has great customer service! Answered my questions and help clarify some confusion. Brake control knob fit nicely in the dash making for an almost factory look instead of the old bolt on the dash time based controller I had. Glad I stepped up and bought an inertia based brake controller for our truck and 18' Travel trailer

Installed in my 19-Tacoma towing a 12x7 double axle, stopping is funner than accelerating haha thanks redarc for a killer product.

The Tow-Pro Elite is a solid unit and a great value. Installation was simple (<1 hour on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma) thanks to thorough documentation, easy-to-follow tutorials, and straightforward support. Setup, testing, and usage are all easy—it just works. The minimal dash footprint and clean, near-factory look means I hardly notice the unit when I'm not using it.

Redarc controller works as it should. The hardest part of the install was finding the plug inside my truck (hiding behind a bunch of wires)

Haven't gotten a response from support after 2 weeks so I'll try submitting this review instead. The brake controller itself shipped without a dial head, which should be an easy fix but I haven't heard anything back from Redarc support about that. The bigger issue I had was fitting the unit in an empty slot on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. It was impossible to get it through the slot and I had to fille away some of the plastic in the dashboard to get it in there. Also sent a question regarding that to support . . . complete silence on their end. I'll be happy to update this review if I ever hear back from them but this definitely wasn't the level of service I was expecting.

Installed per the directions and work perfectly. The only "modification" I made to the mount was to paint the "I" in trailer white so that it was easier to determine what the REDARC controller was set to.

I like that it keeps the air from going under my solar panels.
