Purchase of product was easy and customer service was ok but the process to return the item if it is spoilt in my case is so complicated and difficult bear in mind if you receive the item in either a faulty condition or it becomes faulty later on your pretty much stuck with it.

I've used the in-ear aviation headset L2 and love it, love it, love it! Cost point, ease of use, less weight in head, smooth operation 😎 have made this product a go-to diffently in the aummer months. Will update use in winter months. I do see that the foam inserts works best for me.
