Arrived in about a week. I ordered the wrong item but was quickly refunded and new order placed. No problems with the change.

Received my headset without any delays. Comfortable and affordable.

Almost perfect. The headset quality is superb, I am really pleased with it. Sound quality in passive mode is crisp, loud, also the microphone too. ANC works well, but because my head is a bit small, I cannot seat properly, and I can't tight to have enough pressure wit the stock ear pads. I bought the gel air pad, to get firmer air seal. When I pushed by hand the earpeaces, and seal was nominal, the ANC kicks in 100%, and it is awesome. The BT controller feels a little cheap. For my plane a bit short the GA side from it, about a half meter. Overall this is a great headset, I am pleased with it. :)

Better quality than I expected for the price. Noise cancelling is good and audio is crisp and clear. In the hot and humid climate where I fly, not having to wear a headset with pads over the ears is very welcome.

I was pleasantly surprised to find these headsets to be pretty good. Shipping was perfect. Everything was packed well. Helmet fit well and everything worked as it should. My only gripes are. 1. Ear pads are not plush. A bit stiff and firm. Not what Im used to for my aviation Gentex type helmets. 2. The BT device is a bit cheesy. You will have to mount and or figure out how to attach the device to you or your helmet. Otherwise i would have given it a 5 star.

Very good sound quality and feeling of the ear pads is soft, but the Passive Noise Reduction is not so-good I thought( no problem for using). It still have some space to improve, but enough good it is
