I had ordered a Winding Station from the Woolery. No problems with shipping. I called and left a message because I could not get the pegs (dials) to go into the holes. Amy called and left a message explaining how to put the station together. Her directions were quite clear and the station is “good to go”. The only issue I have is I ordered the small warping board when what I really needed was the large one. Because I am brand new to weaving it would have been very helpful if I had a little guidance. I have purchase the large warping board through Amazon since it wasn’t available on your website. Still learning but more time is needed. Any suggestions what the small warping board can be used for? Your service was great! Soon I’ll be weaving like a pro!! I hope!😊
