I loved my experience with them! I had ordered a color not in stock and they immediately sent me an email. I decided to keep the other colors and cancel the one not in stock. It was done quickly and the service was amazing! Would definitely order from them again!

The Toika temple that I ordered came quickly, but the plastic slider piece that keeps the two halves of the temple together was broken. I emailed them about it and I heard back the same day. They replaced the entire tool and sent it to me even before I sent the faulty one back. Wonderful service!
