Pésima asistencia. . . el mismo dia que las compré, solicité cambio de talla. . . . después de muchísimos emails me dijeron que no y las debí devolver. . . aun mas complejo ya que el método por la web da error. . . finalmente lo conseguí, pero aun sigo esperando un reembolso parcial. . . porque no te dan el 100% de lo pagado.

Shipping service was awful. Not because of TYR, but because of DHL. They were supposed to deliver at my house (I was home all day) but delivered to a pick-up point nearby. NOT what I paid and very well paid for.

Overall, my experience was mixed. I received an automated email saying there was a shipping delay and that I should wait calmly because TYR was tracking everything. Based on this message, I waited almost a month. When I finally contacted support to ask about the situation, I was told that the email was automated and that TYR does not actually have access to shipping details beyond what is visible on the UPS website. It later turned out that the shoes were lost. I strongly suggest removing or rewording this automated email, as it caused unnecessary waiting and confusion. Other than this issue, the website was useful, I eventually received the shoes, and I am happy with the product.
