Have always loved TYR trainers but hadn't yet tried the CXT-3. Absolutely love it. Super comfortable. Although it's a bit roomier than past models, it still moves well. Not as "solid" or "sturdy" as the CXT-2 Carbon Elite trainer (which I still feel is the best all around shoe for metcons that involve heavy lifting), but definitely a great every day shoe for training. Not to mention, this colorway is awesome. You wouldn't believe the number of people who came up to me to say, "I love your shoes!" All in all, very happy to have finally added the CXT-3 to my collection.

Why do the EU and UK sites list the sizes in US? It seems a deliberate ploy to get you to order the wrong size. I ordered what I thought was a UK5 that ended up being a UK2. 5. Then of course they don’t do free returns so you’re left footing the returns charge and they charge a £10 handling fee! The first time I’ve ever come across that. They must be making a killing from all these wrong size orders and handling fees. It made it not worth my trouble so now I’m left trying to pawn off this 2. 5.
