I've been training just in socks for years but needed a little bit more grip and stability of late. I'd recommend going a half size or full size down for the right fit. I've got very wide feet and they are a good fit for me, still a little tight but they may loosen a little with time and they're still very comfortable regardless. They feel stable but still flexible enough and the grip is excellent. They seem well made and durable, but time will tell in that respect. Shipping to the UK was exceptionally quick, packaging was excellent.
