Found the site working pretty ok, i. e. , found the product quite easily. Shopping process smooth except for the mailing of the product: it took five days from getting to buying the shoes online to receiving a message on the shoes being sent. That's quite a lag these days: ) However I had to do chat through the US site, if I understood it correctly. The chat wasn't that helpful as I didn't get an answer to a quite simple product size question (length of the shoe in centimetres measured from outside of shoe or other way).
