I was able to easily find what I was looking for on the site on desktop. On mobile, the filters on the sidebar for size, fit, etc. wouldn't expand, which made it a little harder from there.

Overall I found it easy to search and sort. I kind of wish there was always a back picture for the women's suits. Sometimes one was there sometimes not. It's helpful to know the back b/c certain ones fit better than others.

I always buy from TYR, they are a good company that makes good quality goggles, suites, and everything. I already have two TYR Venzo tech suites, and racing goggles from them. Yesterday I just bought some practice goggles because my speedo ones started to fog up instantly, I had worn though’s practice goggles for three years now and I thought it was time to get some new ones. I’m excited for the new pair from TYR and i can’t wait to start practicing with them!!

Finding items on the website is easy. The challenge was checking out from my cell phone. The page never finished loading. After three tries, I accessed the website on a computer and was able to check out without a hitch.

Had trouble getting my return label. However the customer service rep was wonderful and made it very easy.

I was using the wrong discount code at checkout and finally gave up. After I submitted my order I called customer service and I was instructed on how to get the discount. I was also given a clear time frame on when I would hear back. I received my discount in the time stated and it was painless!

I ordered some swimsuits and changed my mind, wanting to swap them for another pair. Tyr was able to do this for me quickly and easily.
