The chat feature is helpful and the associate was able to answer my questions. I was disappointed that many suits I saw weren’t in the sizes needed. There was no way to be put on a “back in stock” email that I saw. I didn’t see one piece suits for long torsos and I’d love if you made those. Site easy enough to navigate and find things.

Easy ordering

Website is easy to filter, so I could find my favorite styles. I just had to decide what color to get. The suits hold up so well I forgot my password, but that was easily remedied as well.

My recent of experience concluded that the service of handling customer's queries is efficient and can solve my problems in an effective manner. It would be much better if one can keep track on the updated route of goods delivery in order to estimate the time of receipt of goods promptly. Therefore, a sound goods tracking tool is essential to customer's need.
