I ordered a Venezuelan suntiger (Psalmopoeus irminia) the sizing was very accurate, the packaging was great, it arrived healthy and ready to bolt.

This is my first time ordering invertebrates online and it was a great first experience! We did have a slight issue with the FedEx tracking not updating (not the seller's fault at all) - Ty was very proactive about reaching out to me and keeping me in the loop about this. He also reassured me that I would still be covered by LAG if the package was delayed, which I appreciated. Ty reached out to me when the tracking updated to show as delivered so I could pick up the package. Everything was packed well and arrived safely. I'm also very impressed by the freebie I received - a healthy Thrixopelma sp Cajamarca sling. Will definitely order from here again!

Okay, so I had placed in my notes that when it comes down to packaging Ty Dye Exotics is for the win. I love how my spiders were packaged by far, and I've like ordered from Fear not Tarantulas and Exotics Unlimited. Even ordered from venders on Morph Market. Then they were in small vials, within a dixie cup container, I just knew that they were beyond safe, okay and very alive. I am happy with my purchase and best believe. . . I will be ordering from them again.

I’m very glad that I ordered from Tydyeexotic. The selection of the tarantulas is great with lots of varieties, sizes, and sexes to choose from. Ordering online was super easy. The package arrived safe with tracking and held at the Fed Ex Hub. I brought them home and unpacked the new additions to the family. They came packaged really well and secure to include a heat pack to keep them warm on their flight. Love the size of my spiderlings! I was amazed at how big they are! Ordered a “Brazilian Black” and “Pink Salmon Bird Eater”. Brazilian Black molted 2 days after arrival and is doing wonderful in its new home. The LP is also doing great, happy, eating, and building and moving dirt around like a bulldozer at a construction site. If this is your first time ordering I highly recommend them.
