This was my first time buying a tarantula and first time having a live animal shipped. Everything was awesome and I couldn't be happier ! If I decide to buy online again, it will likely be with Ty Dye!

I have ordered from Ty dye a couple times now and everything came perfect. The tarantulas are in perfect shape, packaging is excellent and all of them have been the size Tydye stated.

Ty is one of my favorite dealers/breeders to work with. My spiders always arrive healthy. Everything is well-packaged. I love the new addition of the boxx and the care sheets. He has also been extremely helpful and available when I've had difficulty with my praying mantises. They did not survive, but that had nothing to do with Ty Dye Exotics, purely environmental, but he responded as soon as I reached out, spoke to me on the phone to see if what I could do to help them, and when the environment was just not going to support these little guys, he gave me a credit so I could get something else in the future. Such a wonderful human. Happy to order from him again, and again.

I ordered from Tye Dye Exotics on November 27th. As soon as I placed the order, I emailed them because I realized I was going to be out of town the following week and wanted to push it back to the second week in December. I got a response within 24 hours and they were very accommodating and offered a date the following week after I returned which was perfect for me. They shipped on that date and everyone arrived safe and sound. It's now been a month since I unpacked and everyone is doing great. I got amazing prices for the holiday sale and they were all in excellent condition when they arrived. I got some spiders I had wished for for a very long time at prices that couldn't be beat for the size. I highly recommend and will be a return customer in the future.

I had been wanting a pumpkin patch T for over a year. They sent a gorgeous (Hapalopus sp. Colombia) that i fell love in love with. I highly recommend them.
