Our trantula arrived in perfect health and the exact size we ordered. We ordered 2"-2. 5" Chilean Rose Hair Red. Moves around its enclosure much more than expected so the kids love watching her/him. Has been feeding as it should without issue. Very happy with our new addition! (Also our 1st T)

My little jumper arrived alive. She webbed up the same day i received her about eight days ago. Today she decided to be brave and come out of her webbing. I do not see a shed anywhere. She still hasn't eaten. I received a top opening enclosure. When I tried to feed or mist the web would rip. I ended up buying a different enclosure for when she feels better. I don't thinks she likes the lid moving and taking her web. This time she webbed up in a corner. The customer service has been great i sent them pictures to confirm if she was molting. They've responded each time.
