For my first order from Ty Dye Exotics, I purchased four of the bumblebee millipedes (Anadenobolus monilicornis) and a colony each of the red runner roaches and spider beetles (mezium affine). Processing and shipping was fast and every crawly was accounted for and alive! Bumblebee millipedes were a good mix of sizes and have taken well, which is especially satisfying given that these are by far the cheapest a. monilicornisi I've been able to find (originally ordered from Josh's Frogs at 14. 99/each before they ran out). Red runner roaches were good sizes for my c. cyaneopubescens sling and were easier to handle than crickets. The bonus in my order was an upgrade in the m. affine colony from a 12-count to 25 which filled in their enclosure quite nicely. Positive experience and will most likely order again soon.

Overall my experience shopping with Tye is great. Ty ensures every scrutiny to the last detail is followed and his customer service is impeccable. One thing I would like to see is a more streamlined website. I wish the tarantulas were in alphabetical order and when clicking tarantulas I wish that only tarantulas would show. I also wish the website was more user friendly but it takes navigating the menu to find what you’re looking for, which isn’t ideal. Otherwise Ty has one of the most exceptional customer service in the industry!
