Have been trying for 3 weeks to figure out a warranty issue and have gotten jacked around and ran in circles, now its been a week with zero response

Order processing was relatively simple, However its going on three weeks and i have yet to receive my scooter when it was "guaranteed" to arrive within a 7 - 10 day period, this is highly discouraging, for my consideration for any future purchases thru Tx power sports. i cant determine the quality of my product considering i have yet to receive it, not to mention the company that you all ship thru gave my scooter off to a supposed "partner" company, who apparently in turn pushed my order back yet another three days, so far my experience is horrendous

Bike arrived unharmed a week after ordering. Paperwork a few days later. Customer service responded promptly both times I contacted them!

Paid extra to speed up shipping. Still took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails. Package was good. Website not bad when ordering. After ordered no way to track progress. Love the bike but feel that the staff could have helped more in the shipping.

The only problem I have had is the delivery. The trucking company SAISA mislead me as to delivery time and day. They showed up 6 days after they called and said they would be here the next day. I know you have no control over an unreliable transit company but I would have to think hard before I would buy anything from you is it was delivered by you current carrier. The other thing is I received any paperwork yet. In short ordering the bike was easy getting it was very frustrating.

Nice little bike , runs great! The minor problems I had was the turn signal wires were wrong and the throttle cable was hung up in the throttle grip. The first time I started the bike it went to half throttle! So I pulled the carburetor off to take a look and the throttle slide was not down all the way. So I loosened up the throttle grip and the cable came out far enough to let the slide drop and have freeplay at the grip! Since I didnt have an assembly manual I managed to figure out what nuts go where and how everything is mounted properly.Over the years I have disassembled motorcycles and put them back together without any problems.. Im going to install a skid plate on the bottom of the engine and a carrying rack on the back.

I ordered two 110cc four wheelers. Recieved them in a timely manner. Although I have tried contacting the company. They have not returned my emails or my calls. The one was damaged and missing parts I had to go and buy parts just to put them together. I think it would be a better company if they sent all the parts needed and if they would answer their phones.

My Q6 50cc Trike Scooter was very comfortable and easy to ride. I only rode it down my street since I have to get my new tag soon. The test rides felt great, easy to start up, and also easy to learn the operation of the scooter knobs/switches. Shipping was very secure and I enjoyed the smooth delivery process. The website was detailed and informative and my choice was narrowed down to a 3 wheeled 50cc scooter because of my disability.

I received my Lifan KPR In excellent condition and my MCO and Bill of sale arrived quickly

The website was a bit tough to follow and a not well formatted, but got us to the desired unit. Getting the atv shipped in the timeframe expected and that we paid extra for was a daily conversation. The company was responsive, but it was frustrating I had to continually push them. Once it finally shipped and got here, we love it! Day 1 and the kiddo was riding it like he stole it!

Awesome service! I made the mistake of buying a bike from another company, and after waiting for over three weeks, I come to find they lost it in the mail. I got my refund and took my business to Txpowerspro, where I should of the first time. For the same price I was able to get the 1 year warranty! The bike was in my driveway ten days later! Would absolutely buy here again!
