I ordered the new Raven 250 after doing quite a bit of looking around. I am used to these type of powersports and was impressed with the quickness of everything. Ordered on a Tuesday, shipped on Friday-arrived in my area Saturday-and appointment and delivery was Tuesday. Only 1 week turnaround. Will definitely order again! I will update once assembled, I'm sure there will be no issues, however if there are I am confident TXPowersports will take care of anything!

Fast and efficient

I ordered the Hawk 250 enduro and received it exactly 10 days later. There's no assembly instructions but YouTube exists. Great bike, great service. Definitely buying from here again.

The selection was good, my shopping experience on their site was simple and my questions were answered quickly by their reps. Knowing that I chose a no-frills option (in both the bike itself & the acquisition/shipping method), I expected the bike to be banged up a bit upon arrival... and it was. I wish that part could be better, but I don't fault TX Powersports.

While there are lots of companies that deal in online power sports sales, there are very few who do it well. After two orders with tx power sports, I'm pretty pleased with their service. The pricing, the website and the order process are more refined and user friendly than most in the business. They ship lightning fast, and actually COMMUNICATE with you if there's an issue. One of my orders was out of stock so they called, explained the shortage and worked hard to find a substitute machine that met my expectations. Online power sports can be a sketchy adventure, but not with tx powersports, they are hands down the best and most trouble free buying experience I've had!

Great little bike for the money. From the factory the suspension does ok for a 200lb person, and I understand that better rear shocks/ springs are available. It has plenty of power, and if someone wants to increase the HP there are also aftermarket exhaust, air cleaners and carb updates that can help. As is I don't need any more power. It's rated at to go 24 mph, but I have seen on line that they really go faster than that, and when riding it it seems to go fast.

Pretty fun bike for riding around my area was easy to get titled registered and played I live in the middle of nowhere so nothing but dirt or gravel roads shifts good gearing feels about right I keep it under 45mph seems like a solid bike so far factory horn is junk so i put an extra truck horn i had laying around on it one recommendation I suggest any buyer upgrade the carburetor as they are jetted very lean from the factory I went to a mikuni vm26 35 pilot jet 115 main huge diffrence and the exhaust does not glow red after a pull up a hill anymore

Was generally happy with the experience, overall. Got the bike in a timely fashion (12 days) and it wasn’t tore up or missing anything. Price was better than other sites I checked. My only complaint is that communication was poor regarding the status of the shipment. It reached my home town before I knew it had shipped.

Fast processing and shipping but motorcycle arrived damaged when bike broke free in crate during shipping and forks dropped down into the pallet below causing steel pin in steering column to scrape up the bike.

Customer support was great, answered all my questions when writing them thru email, very quick responses, great communication, shipping was hassle free and quicker than expected, will most likely buy from again in the near further. Thanks.
