I purchased a dress which was unsuitable and then couldn't get a refund only a credit. I used the credit (less postage) for some other items which were really poor quality so I returned them. I ended up just using the credit ( less postage again) on something I will probably never wear. I'm sure the returns policy is clearly stated and I know I obviously chose not to read it but I will never purchase from them again because of the returns policy. It's unfair to have a credit note policy when the range of clothing on their website isn't very extensive and if you are under 25 you wouldn't wear the majority of items on there.

Fast delivery, excellent prompt response to my issues and an immediate solution (discount) to compensate for the minor concerns about the garment. Cannot fault the service and label quality.

I was pretty disappointed. I ordered 5 different styled dress in size 8’s and 10’s and not one of them fit me! I tried tighter fitted dresses and stretchy material dresses. They were either too tight in the hips/upper thigh, but then loose in the waist, and loose at the bust, or overly large everywhere! The sizing made no sense! I used the size charts and measured as described. Very dissatisfied with the dresses……..

Still haven’t my order and it’s been 4 weeks. Got refunded one item without any explanation. I have had to launch my own investigation into my parcel because Two Sisters provided zero assistance when I contacted them. The worst experience I have ever had.

The quality is impecable. Nice thick fabric. But the size can be a little small. If u are size 20 u have to size up
