The product is great but took a long time to get. I would have canceled my order if I hadn't already received it when Trump imposed tariffs on Canadian goods. I will not be making any purchases from American companies going forward.

Amazing customer service confirming the address (inputted was too long for USPS). I received the wrong rope though. . 😅. I received the cherry blossom rope instead of the oxblood nylon I ordered. Still happy, the measurement is 40 ft just like ordered.
