The fill for everything was great but the pants were way too small in the legs. I have large legs and the pants had room in the waist but the legs felt like they would bust out of the pants.

Love the fabric and the fit, the sizes are true. Only shirts i will be wearing for while.

You guys sent me the wrong item (not my fault). The return process is a mess and time consuming. To make things worse the item was on sale when I ordered, Id have to pay the up-charged if I wanted to order the item you should have originally sent me. Tried you guys based on a work colleague recommendation. I won’t be back.

I purchased an item from Twillory that was never delivered. When I made them aware of this, they told me to contact the USPS because they are not responsible for items after they ship. I think that is a bad policy, and I will not be purchasing from them anymore. It should not be my responsibility. I am a customer.

Shipped to alternate address and was there exactly when I needed it to be.

I bought my first Twillory shirt and when I washed it it did not come out as crisp as we were told. To wear to work I would want to iron it or send to cleaners. Seems expensive if that is the case

Twillory was decent to deal with. I was unaware that the items on sale on the site are not available to return. So the jeans ran two sizes too small so I just sent them back for no refund. Customer service needed up agreeing to refund me but I had already sent them back. The dress shirt I got from Twillory was great but I won’t be buying pants from them again.

Got my suit and really like the fit and feel. Had to exchange the pants to a different size. The process was simple and easy.
