I appreciate the service I got when I ordered two different sizes not knowing which would fit. My correspondence with Twillory was professional and polite and helpful.

The wrong jacket was sent originally and that took a bit longer to get worked out than I expected. The returns/exchange process needs some work. So this review is based on service not the quality of the jacket (it was great). Please consider revamping the returns process for speed and fluidity.
