tvshop was very easy to do business with and my purchase arrived in a matter of days. I would be happy to shop again with the tvshop.

The Total Gym Fit is good as was the guy who dealt with us on the phone. But, while the kit was supposed to include a setup dvd and 5 other Total Gym workout DVDs to aid training these were not supplied. Apparently they may no longer be supplied despite advertising specifying they were and the manual included with the Total Gym Kit listing them in detail as being included! Poor. TVShop provided links to some YouTube items in lieu but this presumes that wifi is available and effective where the Total Gym is setup, which may not be the case. After a number of emails we were offered $40 refund in lieu but this would not cover the cost of buying the 5 DVDs. We have asked for them to be provided when available which they reluctantly agreed. It will be interesting to see if they ever arrive. The Leg Pulley kit was missing one of the leg attachments - which TVShop have agreed to supply. While we brought a demo model - no problem and a reasonable deal, when we received the kit, the slide board was actually on the TotalGym frame the wrong way making it very difficult to set the TotalGym up, especially without the setup DVD. How the slide board could be placed the wrong way is hard to believe. That said, my wife and I are both using our Total Gym Fit referring to one of the many available YouTube videos. The gym is well constructed and certainly works the muscles. We are relatively new users but so far we seem to be getting a good workout with less pressure on our joints than at our gym, no hygiene concerns and in our own home.

There are many products i purchased from TV shop and all of them are great. The only thing I can say is when you purchase something from the website they charge shipping per item. There should be one shipment charge instead rather the product is very bulky. Apart from that products are amazing. Their customer service is great and there is a good list of products for selection for different needs.
