Like all the steam that it produces. Like the way it gets in the corners, the only thing is it is a little hard to manipulate & maneuver if you are short. & rinsing the pad in between filling the water container. One of these days someone will get it perfect.

Maybe if I had received it. It was returned to the warehouse, because of the PO Box, but my street address was on the order. So I never got it and I paid for it.

Hello, I have tried to contact a real person in your customer service for weeks....I have not tried the mop yet, as I ordered the mop to clean upholstery, and I do not see what accessory to use to do this. Please let me know if I need to order another product....Thanks, Charise Rosenthal

Love the steamer . Works great Brushes didn’t last as long as I’d hoped Will definitely need another mop cloth or two and new brushes

It's easy to use but I haven't tried all it's functions. I find the top section of the handle a bit wobbly like it's not quite strong enough. Other than that, I'm quite pleased 😀

For the price it does a good job, but does not work on removing wax out of a carpet.

My house has only tile floors, light grey, wood like pattern. I’ve tried mops, Swiffers, another steamer. All left streaks nor did they clean well. This was was very easy to assemble. I’ve steamed the floors and, best yet, I can steam just the grout lines and cleaner them in a way nothing else did. Just remember to use distilled water. I didn’t with my last one and ruined it (not a great loss). Great for hard to reach places like around the toilet also using the nozzle brush attachment. I bought extra mop heads. Still can’t figure out when to use the chenille one vs the “flat” one.

best thing I've ever purchased on a whim. Used it the day it arrived and love it, love it. Cleaned my hardwood floors in the kitchen like a dream. Walked on them barefoot and could feel the cleanliness. Moved on to bathroom tile, fantastic. Tried the nozzle attachment around sink and faucet, wow, cleaned as advertised. A quick refresh on the living room carpet. Everything dried within 5 minutes. This is a great product.
