I am disappointed that I have written Thane requesting information regarding an upholstery attachment and have not received any response. Also I swear the advertisement for the H2O x 5 shows it cleaning a couch. Which was a main reason to buy it. I also think the cloth attachments don’t fit or stay on very well

I would recommend this ti everyone. Very easy to use.

It worked very well for 2 mountain bikes but my hybrid is unstable in the bottom where the tire sits. Is very tippy.

One of your ads included 15 pieces. In other words everything you need for your Thane to do all the jobs it is meant too. Not only was it cheaper then the $200 I paid I will now have to pay for all the additional attachments on top of it. I found this to be rather unfair, but I suppose it is your business practice. I really like it but I find the cord does not stay on the hook and the plastic triangle that attaches to the carpet pad does not satay attached.

My carpets had various stains on them from renters and I tried all sorts of things to clean them. I bought this one and it removed most them. It does take a bit of time, but it’s wonderful to have them gone now. Thank you

This machine is amazing. Does not leave any streaks on hardwood floors. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a machine that works for you and not against you.
