Did not receive my whole order. Tried to contact customer service and no one has responded. Deeply disappointed

Every mom needs one, it’s my most used baby item and I still use it with my toddler!

Never received my package.

I took a fall on ice the other day holding my son in the tush baby zipped up under my jacket and he stayed asleep the whole time!

My order arrived in a timely manner and packaged carefully.

My toddler is at a stage where he doesn’t like his stroller. He prefers to walk everywhere (until he is tired and then he wants to be carried!) The TushBaby sling is absolutely perfect for picking him up and carrying him. It distributes his weight evenly and my back doesn’t hurt like usual! Added bonus - we can pick him up and put him back down as soon as he wants to run around some more. I recommend this sling for anyone with a toddler in their “do it myself - until I don’t want to” era.

Carrier lost the order and when contacted, customer service promptly looked into the situation and sent another to me. Very happy with product and service. Great company.

My baby has struggled with lots of carriers because he likes to see the world and doesn’t like to be strapped down. He also has a tendency to straighten his legs when he wiggles, which makes him slip out of standard side carrying sling carriers. The tush baby is the coolest invention. The saddle like seat keeps his legs from closing when he wiggles, and he’s happy seeing the world on my hip. Yes, it’s not hands free, but It definitely helps hold a heavy wiggly baby!

Shipping takes a while

I love the tush baby. The only problem is that it bruises my hips:( I love it but it hurts to wear. It’s nice for when my shoulders and neck need relief or if I’ll be taking baby with me to the store. But I don’t use it at home like I had intended when buying it.

I was so excited to order the tushbaby but when it arrived my husband and I were bummed since it didn’t comfortably fit either of us. My husband in his excitement had cut off the tags, sure it would fit. We reached out to customer service but received a seemingly automated message about the extender option. We bigger bodied people shouldn’t have to buy a bigger option.

Off the bat it was great because my mom could easily put it on and walk around with the baby, she didn’t attempt other carriers. Lately I’ve been loving it to walk as long as it takes to put him down for a nap in a cradle hold, so comfortable and easy. I can also easily breastfeed in a cradle hold while standing/walking. My baby is 17 lbs 5. 5 months and we’ve had it for a month. Would recommend! I got the all black and it’s a nice sporty feel.

Literally received our tushbaby in the mail and then started using it with my active 4 month old (15 lbs). I’ve used it so many times now but that first time it was like they weighed less than 5 lb while I carried them around on the tushbaby. I’m so grateful. It’s so well-made and has lots of pockets. I think it will last us a while!

I am very disappointed with my experience, as my order never arrived. I waited three weeks while the tracking continued to show it was “in transit. ” After reaching out, I was informed that the package had been lost. Jessica provided excellent communication and genuinely attempted to help resolve the issue, which I appreciated. However, I was told that the color I originally ordered was no longer in stock and that the only available option was the cheetah print. Because of this, I now have to wait for the black option to be restocked at the end of December before my original purchase can be fulfilled. I ordered well in advance specifically so I could use the product on a family trip, and unfortunately, I now have nothing to use and must wait weeks for restocking. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

I’m 6 foot tall 290 pounds and this product was well-made just a slight small for us big men that want to use something like this for our child, it fits good on my wife and was made very well. My only complaint is that it does not fit me and I bought it for myself.
