I reached out to Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions twice and was assured that someone would respond to my question over a month ago. You may have great products, but if your customer service is not dependable, that is something a customer always remembers.

The products are reasonably priced & they work as advertised but the shipping is very slow. Of course it’s free so that makes up for the delay. If you plan a weekend to clean & polish your car, order about two weeks in advance to assure you’ll have the products.

Fast and proper shipping

Honestly you guys are the same company,I've used since I was 16. Now I'm 32 and loving all these new products.

Follow directions, be patient, take your time and you will be surprised with the results. My only suggestion would be to have a sanding pad for each headlight.
