The purchasing process was quick and seamless! After carrying daily for the past 35 years, I’ve found that OWB (Outside the Waistband) carry is the most effective method. Quick and effortless access—and just as importantly, reholstering—are critical. Other carry styles often introduce unnecessary complications. Even with OWB, the holster must be designed to allow the dominant hand to achieve a full, consistent index before the draw begins. It also needs to retain the weapon securely while positioning it for immediate access—especially under stress or during physical confrontation, where there’s no time to “fish” for your firearm. I’ve only used this holster for a week, but so far, it appears to meet all of these essential requirements.

This is one of the most comfortable holsters I have purchased. The rounded edges do not dig into me, and the extended clip spreads the holster across my waistline. This is my second one, and not my last, with the Shield X holster I bought being the first. Both are pretty comfortable.
