Item we ordered doesn't match the description - it's a lot bigger than was described on the website. Waited for this item for 2 months and had to chase. Now waiting on a reply regarding whether we have received the correct item.

Been waiting for item to be delivered since July, rang customer service twice first person couldn't give any helpful information and second time I got an email back a week after speaking to them.
