My products were delivered in time.

The boxes were dispatched to school. The wrong label was attached so the boxes were returned to sender. TTS apologised and sent them out once more. Again, the wrong label was attached and the boxes were returned to sender. When I spoke to someone who suggested the items were sent again, I asked if he could speak to the label department to ensure the correct sticker was attached and assure me it wouldn't happen again. He said he was unable to do this and could only log the problem on his system. I didn't receive my order. Really poor customer service.
