The change n shipping was
The change n shipping was good. The deceitful email about increasing our rewards while actually cutting 50% our rewards points value was super disappointing. I had more respect for Chris/Umzu than to lie like that. Deceitful texts about special discounts, when you look to see, it’s just the discount from applying your points. Price increases. Etc. UMZU begins in downfall. Next it will probably be cutting back on quality if it hasn’t already. I used to Love UMZU now it’s whatever lol
