Having used two of True Veda’s products I was already expecting positive results and this did not fail. Smooth order and delivery process packaging as elegant as expected labels clear and easy to read. Organic Bacopa Monnieri Capsules look large in size but you don’t even feel them passing down your throat as is soft capsules. This has given me the ability to refocus. I been taking this for roughly 21 days and I can already see the difference. I was finding it difficult to focus on any one task and seeing it to completion. This has shifted. Not only mental but also physically I’m able to push myself. I feel more in control. Sleeping also comes easier and while not listed as a benefit because I’m able to expend more energy in the day by intense focus sleep feels like a treat. I’m a convert and will be leaving my traditional medicines behind.

The Bacopa has really helped with brain fog which I've been struggling with. The tablet size is easy tomswallow compared to a lot of supplements. I also feel my anxiety has improved, fingers crossed, as this will be a huge benefit to me!

As an advocate for body, mind and spirit nourishment and care I’m an avid though gentle exerciser and kept on my toes with two bright and sporty boys as such I’m aware of protecting my joints. I’m not a herbalist though I note these are vegan and there is most definitely a fast acting and effective anti inflammatory agent as even after a few hours of fairly heavy duty gardening with a strimmer and hedge cutter there were no complaints from my joints. Top tip : Whilst fairly slick to swallow capsule and a very fine powder substance it was my personal preference to open the capsules and add to my juice, shake or smoothie. This may be appropriate for some. Trialling the Organic Boswellia Serrata Capsules has inspired my curiosity about the Ayurvedic approach to health and well-being. I can see how this type of remedy could easily become part of a more holistic approach to treating ailments and preventative body care. True Veda .. true to purpose !

True veda never disappoints! high quality supplement, smells herby - very natural! Vegetarian capsules which is great for people who wants to include more plant-based products in their diet. Couldn't really identify the effects on memory improvements, but I am confident on .high herb to extract ratio of the product. Maybe I can come back for feedback if I do well in my degree : D
