Great site to use & easy to navigate. Ordered Amla to help ease inflammation, muscle pain & hopefully lower cholesterol. Well. . . WOW. . . it's a great antiinflammatory which has definitely made a difference to my neck & shoulder pain & I have to admit i was sceptical but it does work. As to lowering cholesterol it's too early to know as only taken for 3 weeks but if the reduction in inflammation is any thing to go by I'm hopeful it's going to work. I'm so happy with the results my mum's now taking it too 😀 The capsules are easy to swallow & I've found it better to take them with food. It might not work for everyone but I'd say it's worth a try. 👍

I was delighted to find these organic green tea extract capsules as I have been recommended green tea by a nutritionist but have been struggling with it as a drink. These capsules give me the benefits of green tea without the negatives that I was experiencing from drinking it, I really don't like the taste and it made me feel sick.
