I'm about two weeks into taking the True Grace One Daily Women's 40+ Multivitamin, and I've not yet noticed much difference, which is expected since it's only been 13 days. I don't miss having iron, which was in my old multivitamin. The women's vitamin is quite a bit larger than the men's version, and the only difference I noted is the amount of B12 (higher percentage in women's). I'm going to continue and check in with myself at 30/60/90 days.
