Quality product. Mantle looks like wood. Good instructions.

We are a contracting company, and ordered samples to show our clients. They came fairly quick, and are such high quality samples. We are looking forward to working with true form in the future.

My order was somehow lost, even though I called in to check on the status at 5 weeks. At 8 weeks I had to call in again to find out what was taking so long. They said production lost my order and they expedited the sink for me. I received in less than 2 weeks from that point, but the sinks smells like fish! I hope it’s not missing a top coat to seal it. Perhaps it’s still curing? Also, if you’re ordering off of the sample chips, the sink will be lighter than you’re expecting.

Michael at customer service was great in helping me with missing brackets for a lavatory I ordered. Had them ship out the same day.

Great communication!

CSR told me the sink would be ready in 3-5 wks. Delivery was 8wks almost 9wks. No communication on delay. I followed up with them twice by email. Not very clear on delivery instructions and who was shipping.

Did not send out samples for a week

She handled my questions very well and responded quickly. Very helpful. Maybe we can see how this table will possibly work. The only thing holding us back is the weight of the coffee table mainly because of our age.
