An excellent resource with wonderful video courses. The interface is a bit intrusive, however, with too many reminders and spam. I received an email about a coupon after leaving a review, but now it seems I also need to share the post to actually get it—something I no longer wish to do. I find this misleading. I hope the TrueFire team improves the user experience.

I love the Truefire courses! It is a really great collection of diverse information that will truly take your playing to the next level. I always recommend it to all my friends at any level of playing. That being said, I recently purchased a bunch of courses to use off line and come to find out that all the meta data in truefire 3 is stored online, so none of the organization features are available offline. After spending almost $1000, this is a major disappointment! I also can’t even open the app unless I have my hard drive connected, which is a major disappointment too. Even if I change the storage location in the app back to my pc, it still tries to download the course instead of streaming, which is supposed to be included with purchase. On top of all that, the loop feature continually crashes whenever I try to use it, so clearly, they need to fix all this or people will start to look elsewhere. Once again, the course material is top notch, but if the way we access it and pay top dollar for doesn’t work right, then what is the point?
