A truly great supplement!

I'd give less than one star if I could. This company is a rip-off and fraud. Stuff made me sick and their money back guarantee is a JOKE.

Product is amazing but the Canadian customs is charging us surtaxes and other taxes almost doubling the cost. Include the 40% exchange and it has now become unaffordable to get shipping from the US to Canada 🙁

I’ve been taking the max dose 2-4 times a day on an empty stomach and I haven’t felt any improvement or side effects. . it’s like I’m taking a placebo. Can’t help but feel I wasted my money on this.

Why on earth do you have it offer a Review page, right after I just submitted a review. That is illogical and annoying. It's also a bad sign from the customer's perspective that you don't realize it is not configured correctly.

this product makes me very naseauted

I’ve been faithfully taking TrueCarbon Cleanse for at least a month and feel ok but don’t know if I really feel/see a difference. I’m not real intuitive to changes in my body so I blame that. I will continue to take two capsules 3 times a day, 2 hours from any other supplements (I don’t take any medication) until I have used the 6 bottles. And hopefully, by then I will have noticed the changes/improvements from taking it. My biggest challenge is keeping track of the 2 hours between taking anything else. 🤭

Molecular hydrogen is a fantastic, but pretty basic product that can be found for similar if not better prices elsewhere. I had some questions about True Cellular’s version, as well as another product of theirs that I purchased. Unfortunately their customer support is nonexistent. I’ve sent emails and also attempted to chat online, with the chatbot essentially just saying someone would get back to me soon. That was weeks ago and no one ever did. Overall giving it two stars as this is an ok product, but easily able to find it elsewhere and sometimes cheaper with other companies that have an actual customer support team.
