Good communication with returns and refunds

Poor customer service. Asking for feedback on an item I haven’t received. Chased, emailed and no response. Shopping 2-5 days it’s been two weeks!

Great company and quality products. My only criticism is I ordered, then about a week later received an email to say they were out of stock. I had to place a different order which meant they arrived after my partners birthday. Allow plenty of time when ordering!

Great trousers, great fit

Its a very good helmet but i feel like the sizing is too much as its not just one size its S/XS that makes the fitment feel either really tight or too loose maybe add some different mm pad sizing in between so people can have more comfortable choice
