I bought the jacket for an event I was taking part in where rain was forecast. It arrived with FedEx in plenty of time to get to me however, it took them a week to get it to me which meant it arrived after the event I bought the jacket for. And yes, I was in touch with them during this period, daily. Meant I had to purchase a second jacket from a local outdoor shop, which was a bit annoying. . . The jacket has now seen an outing and was great, just what I would have needed for the event I bought it for. Haven’t tried it yet in heavy rain though.

Excellent product and brilliant quality. Initial customer service great in response to an issue but then taken to long and missed the point of me buying a pair of shorts with a liner and not getting a liner!

Usually go for the Ace gloves, thought I would try something different so went for the Air glove. Come up slightly tighter fit in the fingers than the Ace, would possibly think about getting XL if I purchase again although after a few wears they fit fine.
