Matthew is always ready with items I have identified to try-on for key events. He clearly gets customer service and is able to find those items in your size or have them in the backroom as well. Such a major asset to the brands team at the flagship store. He also know the “deep drill” on the brands POS system as other team members look to him for those hard to do items at times.
