The product I received was stunning - just beautiful… however even if final sale - an exchange for exactly the same product only in a different size as long as you have it in stock- is the epitome of customer service. My item was too big and you did have a smaller size - but I wasn’t permitted to exchange it for that size - so now I can’t wear this beautiful purchase. I wasn’t asking for credit, a refund or another item.

I always have a fun shopping experience at your El Paseo Store. Lisa is always helpful. The only thing that I had issues with was that I ordered a raincoat in M/L. . . I am usually a medium. . . It was huge. More like a L/XL. . . Other than that I will continue to shop when I am in Palm Desert. . . Feeling a "little" Trina'd out. . . IF a person can actually feel that way!!! Kathie M.

Trina Turk has the most amazing clothes and they are worth every penny! I love her textiles and collections that make it easy to mix and match colors and patterns. Their warehouse is about as fast as it gets shipping products you order on the website. I can order something online and it is delivered the next day, incredible! Everything is packaged with care and customer service is amazing. My husband and I get compliments on every piece we wear and it's fun for us because the textiles for both men and women are often the same so I can buy a dress or blazer to match his pants. I made a mistake on an order, and when I reached out to see if there was anything that could be done, they made an exception to their rule for me (they indicated it was due to my being a loyal customer) I felt genuinely appreciated and valued… definitely pleased with my experience with Trina Turk - and of course I’m a huge fan of their products

Veronica from Customer Service has been excellent in helping me resolve my issue. I purchased a Trina Turk one piece swimsuit from Macy's. I wore it twice and the elastic has already lost its stretch in the bottom. Not a good look for a 70 year old woman! Veronica offered me a few options which I very much appreciate.

Love my long sleeve paddle suit. I was going to order another one. Called customer service about sizing and the person I spoke with said she'd call me back. I needed to know the exact measurement for an XS as I'd removed the tag from mine and didn't have the bill. She never called me back.

I normally love Trina Turk pieces. I recently purchased a swimsuit and a beautiful matching coverup. The background color in both pieces does not match. The colors in the pictures are beige and black. The cover up is a pretty true beige and black. The swimsuit is a dark peach and black. The explanation I received is that they are two different materials, and the colors are different. I've only been purchasing swimsuits with matching cover-ups for about 40 years, and this has never happened. The material for the cover-up is always thinner and different from the swimsuit. That has never caused this much color difference. The pieces are SO nice, I will keep both. I'm just sad they can't be worn together

I’ve been wearing Trina Turk swimwear for years and have always purchased the brand over all the other available options. They always hold up well and still look brand new after years of wear. This summer, I bought a swimsuit and the metal piece that held the straps together broke. Customer service went above and beyond to rectify the issue, even though it was a final sale item. This kind of support fortifies my love for all Trina Turk products!

I called customer service regarding a possible exchange. The item was no longer available on line. The representative found the item in Palm Springs. She arranged to have them honor the sale price. They shipped it to me via fed ex. The customer care was OUTSTANDING!
