Love my long sleeve paddle suit. I was going to order another one. Called customer service about sizing and the person I spoke with said she'd call me back. I needed to know the exact measurement for an XS as I'd removed the tag from mine and didn't have the bill. She never called me back.

I normally love Trina Turk pieces. I recently purchased a swimsuit and a beautiful matching coverup. The background color in both pieces does not match. The colors in the pictures are beige and black. The cover up is a pretty true beige and black. The swimsuit is a dark peach and black. The explanation I received is that they are two different materials, and the colors are different. I've only been purchasing swimsuits with matching cover-ups for about 40 years, and this has never happened. The material for the cover-up is always thinner and different from the swimsuit. That has never caused this much color difference. The pieces are SO nice, I will keep both. I'm just sad they can't be worn together

I’ve been wearing Trina Turk swimwear for years and have always purchased the brand over all the other available options. They always hold up well and still look brand new after years of wear. This summer, I bought a swimsuit and the metal piece that held the straps together broke. Customer service went above and beyond to rectify the issue, even though it was a final sale item. This kind of support fortifies my love for all Trina Turk products!

I called customer service regarding a possible exchange. The item was no longer available on line. The representative found the item in Palm Springs. She arranged to have them honor the sale price. They shipped it to me via fed ex. The customer care was OUTSTANDING!

I love your clothing. Sometimes I wear an xs in a top and xl in a dress. I would have purchased a sale item but you said it was final and couldn’t be returned. Well your sizes vary and that’s the problem.

I’ve been a long time customer of Mr. Turk. I would’ve given them five stars but their Rewards program is kinda useless. I tried to use some points that were expiring. I noticed you have to spend a certain amount to use the rewards. Also was not usable on sale items. I guess I’ll lose my hard earned points.

Beautiful clothes, I love the esthetic of Trina Turk. It is very expensive and your sales are not great. I have a few items that I wear but I shop else wear for more affordable pieces.

Your Palm Desert storefront customer service and store service is 5 star. your in line and phone customer service is why i have 4 stars. Not having ability to contact 7days a week and using a delivery that is business days only when paying overnight without that explained on your site is not great customer service
