Looks great but smaller than expected

I believed I had ordered my item from an Australian website. I got an email on the 18th November saying my item had been dispatched, then nothing. I had to chase them up for a tracking number only to find out they "thought" the item might be lost, but asked me to follow it up! When I did follow it up, I was told they will dispatch a replacement, but I should contact them in a few days to get a tracking number. They should have been contacting me! Anyway, I followed up again & now Ive been told a tracking number isn't available yet, but, wait for it, I should follow up in a few days to get it. Its now the 2nd December & still nothing. All of this communication comes in the middle of the night. Clearly not Australian. Very unprofessional. I will be demanding a refund.
