Fabulous chair!

Not able to get help in replacing one of the long bolts that came with a defect. I have tried contacting several times, no response. The bolt secures the middle legs on this chair.

The stool arrived a bit later than I thought it would but I also respect that the chairs are hand made. I did not care that I had to wait. The chair was packed really well. I also loved that as well as they packed it I did not have to struggle to unpack it :)

I ordered their capitol dining chairs and a custom dining table , which turned out beautiful. They did an amazing job and had great customer service. I recently decided to order a custom outdoor dining set as well since the indoor one came out so nice . I’m confident those will turn out beautiful as well. Highly recommend!

Quality control seems to be lacking. I ordered two boards and was really excited to get them, but both arrived with cracks in the adhesive and chips in the end grain pieces. I can see through the boards in some spots. I reached out multiple times to customer service for a replacement or return and still haven’t heard back.

Love the follow up. Someone actually answered the phone when I called to ask about shipping. Fantastic company.
