Not used yet for wifi abroad

So far im happy with using travel wifi as I dont want to change my phone card everytime I travel. The only dissatisfaction is that my modem doesnt automatically load the data when I purchase the plan. So i need to contact CS to help me add it.

I have enjoyed using TravelWiFi services and products for several years. I rented until the Sapphire Power product which I bought. Flawless connectivity and backup power. Perfect combination. Using it right now in Netherlands, Belgium France and Spain the Europe data plan is exactly what I needed and activated as the plane was at the gate.

I found that the Wi-Fi worked really well once it had been initiated. The trouble is is that once you land in a foreign country to get the Wi-Fi activated, you must have internet access prior to the Wi-Fi allowing you to use it freely. This is challenging, especially when you're in a foreign country and having difficulty getting access to Wi-Fi prior to having your portable Wi-Fi working. When it does work, it works quite well and I've had no issues with any of the service that had been provided. Only if they had a way to initiate the Wi-Fi without requiring prior access to the internet

Great device can’t wait to try it out when I travel. I just wish the website would list which countries it actually works in but overall great!
