Ran into some minor issues trying to use the new Sim before departing from the US. Also, I did not realize that the basic card did not include phone calls or SMS so that had to be purchased separately. Good customer support. Will probably use this again on future trips to Europe.

Great device and the service was great from the online chat team. Answered my queries with spend and gave me straight forward advice. I decided to purchase sapphire 3 arrived within 48hrs. Was a little unsure about the device at first but it works seamlessly and I added my partners device with ease and the data plans are sufficient. Overall a good experience.

I bought a Orange FR sim card and had it in two days. Good updates on shipping and easy to buy. I had problems with the SIM card but it was Orange FR's fault, not TravelWifi.

This device was extremely helpful, especially when navigating around France and whenever I needed to Google something! The pick-up location was easy to find and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

My first time to use pocket WiFi so I can’t compare but it’s worth it. Didn’t have issues except certain areas like in the Mt. Fuji areas.
