Need expander zipper on this model

I tried to return an item, but I don't believe that I have received any response for return. I am a bit surprised.

This is the first time I’m using my TravelPro carry on and it already has a broken zipper. I used it as a check in bag and when I received it from baggage claim, it was broken

I NEED YOUR HELP! I have tried to contact travel pro but no reply. I bought another travel pro (sky)- through the online outlet - And this time zippers broke 1 week after arrival and ONE USE! What do I do to replace? Please direct me I have sent an email but No reply.
