Looks great. Seems sturdy. Only minor negative is that the shiny finish looks great, but will it hold up to luggage handlers throwing it around? Time will tell.

Fast shipping and held everything safely on my trip

I absolutely love my new Atlantic® Ultra® Lite 4 Expandable Spinner—I just used on our 40th Wedding Anniversary trip to Italy’s Amalfi Coast, and it performed outstanding!! It is so lite weight (which I already knew because I have an older model)!! I was fortunate enough to snag a 29” patterned color (which is currently still available in a 25”), but the turquoise color (which I already had) works perfectly too! Either colors are great options for spotting your luggage easily on the baggage claim belt! I couldn’t miss out on this opportunity so I now have two Atlantic 29” bags. You should definitely purchase before they are completely sold out. It appears Atlantic only sells hard shell models (still a great option I’m sure, but I prefer non-hard shell for easy access on hotel luggage stands).

the return process was horrible. The website was NOT user friendly. When I finally found the step to fill out the form for the return everytime I tried to enter my order number (which was in my email and on the packaging slip from my purchase) the website kept telling me it was an invalid order number (basically the order number was not found)! After trying to get a hold of customer service (which doesn't take calls)... I had to spend $130.00 just to return to get a refund. So of course I was in the whole from this purchase after I was refunded. I had to get someone from my AAA local office to help and they where just as confused as I was. I will not be purchasing or recommended Travelpro to anyone especially if it Travelpro Outlet!!!

My husband is a pilot and uses Travelpro luggage. I needed new luggage and I really wanted the Orchid purple carryon piece. I was having a hard time finding it and then I found the outlet website. I was so excited they had it. The website was so easy to navigate and before I knew it, my luggage was at my doorstep. I even had a question about their return policy and I got a very quick response. Definitely will use them again.

I really like this luggage because it is very light and easy to move around. The interior is roomy. I appreciate the zippered compartments inside the bag and the zippered compartment on the outside.

The outlet was good to work with. Selection is limited which is to be expected. Prices were very good and shipping was fast. The piece we purchased will be returned. No defects, just wasn't adequate for our needs. Photos didn't really depict details which if we had seen we wouldn't have purchased.

Turn around from order to deliver was very fast. Everything came and looked great after unboxing it.

Can't argue about the amazing prices on quality luggage. Shipment was super-fast as well. I would give 5 stars in a heartbeat, but for one thing. If I walked into a brick and mortar store with this small of a selection, I'd be disappointed. As it is, the item I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, but only available in one color, which was not my preferred. I'm okay with that as I saved significantly over retail, but... Maybe once supply chain issues are fully resolved there'll be better inventory!
