Everyone on the team was very friendly and nice. They were able to successfully process my return on a short notice.

Shipping was reasonably fast, and the suitcase arrived in good order. However, I already gave my new suitcase away to Goodwill after using it on just one trip. The case had no hand grip on the bottom, making it very difficult to lift into a car (you had to grab a wheel instead). I used to be a loyal Atlantic fan, but I will no longer buy Atlantic brand because of this.

TravelPro does not accept returns at their stores and will not cover the return shipping charges. The UPS store shipping charges to return the luggage I purchased was the same amount of monies as what I paid for the luggage. I will never do busy with this company again.

It is a scam for TravelPro Outlet to offer free returns, yet make the customer pay for the shipping cost. That policy needs to change immediately.

Extremely poor service. Website says you’re glad to help, but no one was. I used travel pro luggage for the last 30 years but I’m unlikely to do so in the future. Your customer service was horrible.

Love the light weight. Used this on a 12 night cruise and it worked great. Lots of room, especially with the expandable zipper. Inside organization allowed options to packing. Wheels were smooth as glass. And the color made it so easy to distinguish from the crowd!

Bought 3 luggages. One of the three brand new luggage ripped while packing for our trip to Japan. Diificult to get customer assistance; unable to find email for customer service

The luggage is fine. The customer service and return policy is abysmal. It was 46.00 to return something that did not work out for me. Will not be buying from here again

I ordered what I thought was a TravelPro brand suitcase and got an entirely different brand. This is false advertising. I trusted the TravelPro brand but no more. You need to study the fine print very carefully or you'll be fooled into thinking you'll get a TravelPro bag, but you may not. Buyer beware!
