TravelPro canceled my order without notification because they didn’t like my email provider. They continued to communicate through that same email, saying I could reorder using a different email address. When I reordered I was not given the discounts that were advertised. One of the bags was obviously a return because a zipper was broken. I am in the airline business and this was not the quality of service I was expecting.

Travelpro has a easy to navigate website. the low rating is due to the poor product. I would recommend Travelpro suitcases but not the backpack.
