I bought the black version of this crossbody bag about six years ago and it served me well as my go-to purse and travel bag for a year of heavy use. It was the perfect size to fit essentials along with a water bottle, book, snack, etc. I stopped using it after a year because one of the zippers broke beyond repair. I hadn't signed up for the warranty and was no longer traveling as often, so I retired the bag. I just purchased a new bag as I prepare for another trip. Though the style is a bit outdated and I am somewhat skeptical of the bag's quality given my last experience with it, the ease of mind and ease of use I felt when I had this bag in the past motivated me to get it again. This time I've made sure to sign up for the warranty! I'm hopeful that it works out well this time (and I'll update my review if not).

The Anti-Theft Classic Convertible Crossbody was smaller, had a shorter strap, and had fewer credit card slots than the last one bought even though it was advertised as the same.

I ordered two crossbody bags and one I had to return. The Coastal Minis Travelon logo was affixed to the top of the bag and was upside down
